Learn More About Southern Cabinets

A Brief History of Our Business

Southern Cabinets started its journey in a small room. Established in 1972, it was then a local Hardware and Lumber company. Today, Southern Cabinets’s building covers an area of 15,000 square feet.

The present building consists of offices, a cutout department, a face frame department, a drawer department and an assembly department. The building also has two storage centers.

One center serves as the cabinet staging area before delivery and installation. The other is mainly used as the receiving-warehousing area. Plywood and other sheet goods are stored in this center.

The second building (approx. 8,000 sq. ft.) serves as our door department and additional storage area. We store all our hardwood, such as application red oak, soft and hard maple, clear and knotty alder, hickory and pecan in this building.
